                  Mandatory Compliance — Section 118(10), Companies Act 2013
                  Every company (except OPC) shall observe Secretarial Standards with respect to General and Board Meetings as specified by ICSI. Non-observance of SS-1 and SS-2 constitutes a contravention of the Companies Act and may invalidate Board/General Meeting resolutions.
